Training Services (part of H&M NetWorks) offers all levels of hands-on training and technical instruction from entry-level through advanced. Classes are taught to industry standards, leading towards credentialing, employment, and attainment of specified performance measures.

For over twenty years, Henkels & McCoy Training has been funded under Department of Labor legislation including the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and its predecessors. Additional funding sources include the Job Corps, Housing and Urban Development, Department of Corrections, Department of Education, Department of Juvenile Justice, and the private sector.
