H&M Project Manager TJ Poole Recognized as “Under 30 EC&M Electrical All Star”

TJ PooleHenkels & McCoy Project Manager Thomas J. Poole (TJ)  was selected as a 2020 Under 30 Electrical All Star by Electrical Construction & Maintenance (EC&M) Magazine. Each year, EC&M, the technical authority for 130,000+ electrical design, construction, and maintenance professionals, highlights up-and-coming young electrical professionals who demonstrate innovation, outstanding work ethic, and technical savvy on the job. 

TJ grew up in Havertown, PA, and became inspired to work in the electrical field by his father, who spent 22 years at PECO and a decade as an electrical and mechanical engineer for the University of Pennsylvania. TJ joined Henkels & McCoy in 2016, and his ability to facilitate communication and technology across all lines of business had an immediate positive impact. His focus on safety, teamwork, and a disciplined approach to project management methodology has earned him a reputation for keeping projects on track and delivering superior results. 

“Henkels & McCoy is filled with people willing to share their vast knowledge of the industry, and I never feel like I’m alone in trying to solve a problem,” Poole says. “I understand that as a younger individual, I won’t always have the answers to life’s questions or the job,” he says. “Regardless, I feel as though the best way to learn is to get involved in the challenging scenarios and work my way through them.”
